The SAP HR solution did not cover all needs for Blue Collar competences.

To adress a need to have an IT system in place that could track and report on a multitude of production specific competences globally, a new system needed to be created and implemented globally.

Tasks included

  • Budgetting
  • Project planning and execution
  • Defining requirements from 4 production units with a total of 21 locations globally, Global HR, Legal (GDPR)
  • Defining system integration with SAP
  • Defining system integration with Succesfactors 
  • Setting up governace structure pre- and post implementation
  • Idea generation for UX
  • Managing the deisgn team in India
  • Data cleansing and migration
  • Onsite implementation and training in 21 locations
  • Continous improvement together with design team
  • Adaption of system structure to comply with Russian requirements
